This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.
1. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Commencement:
Clients may request a cancellation within 3 days after the package is sent or after giving the approval on Phone or WhatsApp, provided that the project work has not started. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 30% of the invoice value may be deducted to cover administrative costs. -
After Project Commencement:
Once a project has begun (planning, designing, or development stage), cancellations are not eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and expenses incurred. -
Recurring Services (Hosting, Domain, SEO, Maintenance):
These services are billed in advance and cannot be canceled or refunded once activated, as we rely on third-party providers for provisioning.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

Duplicate Payment:
If you are charged twice for the same service, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded. -
Service Not Delivered:
If we fail to initiate or deliver the service as per the agreed scope, and no significant work has been carried out, a full or partial refund may be issued. -
Non-Compliance With Agreement:
If the final deliverable is entirely different from the agreed project scope and the issue remains unresolved even after revisions, a partial refund may be considered.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Domain names, SSL certificates, and hosting charges.

Services already delivered and accepted by the client.

SEO, digital marketing, and consultancy services (as outcomes depend on external factors).

Project delays caused due to incomplete information, content, or approvals from the client side.

Change of mind after the commencement of the project.
4. Refund Processing

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@fusionwebservices.in

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar / Jammu & Kashmir.
